While I love that you can fill it up with email templates and categories. It isn't the most user-friendly for creating an actual email template. Many times the user of the back-end is an event manager that needs to communicate or make consistent back-end updates. It can be a bit time consuming!
Take your time learning the ins and outs of customization and you will be able to take full advantage!
