Advanced user of Blackbaud Fundraising Performance ManagementThe user interface was much appreciated by the fundraisers who were able to enter contacts and proposals easily and efficiently. The controls allowed us to have as much or little transparency as needed. The product allows even the novice to pull data and track their KPIs.
The reporting function is great but limiting in the ability to run complex queries.
This is a great all around tool. If you are looking for a work around for a sub-par database, this maybe your answer. If your looking for powerful reporting and analytics, this is acceptable but other tools on the market out perform in this aspect.
We solved our Banner problem with BBFPM. We have seen a significant increase in consistency and quality of contact reports and proposals.
