What do you like best?

BizLibrary has an outstanding platform that is user friendly on both the employee side and administrator side. The wealth of content available on the system is relevant and updated regularly. The ability to customize to suit the needs of my organization adds additional value. Finally, the customer service and support I receive from Biz Library is the best in the industry!

What do you dislike?

There may be brief moments of a bug in the back end workflow, however, the BizLibrary development team is right on it. Usually issues are fixed the same day.

Utilize the personnel and resources they provide. Their team is helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to work for you!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the current Covid limitations that require at-home work and distance learning, we literally could not complete our compliance training, onboarding, or leadership development without Biz Library!
