What do you like best?

Being able to see all of the data in the way I would like it to be displayed.

What do you dislike?

The setup is very complex and not user-friendly. Also, getting a report set up properly can be challenging. It does require a bit of an understanding of database structure and how the TeleStaff database is specifically set up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

BIRT is a great product once you get it installed. Unfortunately, UKG does not provide a lot of support since it's a 3rd party software. Once you conquer that hurdle and understand the database structure, BIRT is great for customizing frequently used reports as well as pulling custom data out of TeleStaff.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have the ability to export information not available by default in TeleStaff (such as notes attached to records). It also allows me to customize certain reports and save a template of them for easier use.
