Sleek layout with great reporting
What do you like best?
I love the fast and specialized reports to review production. It saves us money, we've seen a decline in our overall overhead costs - we're becoming more effective, which is good as the industry squeezes margins. I also really like the dashboard with visual representation of producer metrics. We're a really data driven MGA, and BindHQ makes it increasingly easy to get the right data to us in a format that makes perfect sense - and to make quick decisions off the back of it.
What do you dislike?
I can't wait until they connect BindHQ up with a really powerful BI tool so that I can really slice and dice my data - I've been promised that it's on the product roadmap.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This cloud-hosted solution empowers access from anywhere in the world, and it comes with state-of-the-art cybersecurity controls to protect agency-client data. Compliance is really important for me, since I've seen systems previously in my career where it wasn't taken seriously and there was no tech enablement for this.
