Powerful Reporting, Simple User Interface -- just watch out for the setup!
What do you like best?
The user interface works better than other time-keeping software I've used.
Timers are simple and intuitive.
But the BIG difference is the reporting. As the business owner, I dig on reports, and BigTime has them in spades. Great reporting at every level.
What do you dislike?
The on-boarding process needs work.
Billing starts on day one -- before I even logged in -- and once logged in you understand that the setup is a bear. You've got to make a few key decisions about HOW you will run the system to get the reporting you want.... But the BT staff are no help. Their onboarding teaches you the function of each icon, but they are no help at all with setting the strategy -- or even just setting up the data to work for your business. :-(
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
"UTILIZATION" rates. We want to know when our people are available and how much time overall they are working vs. available -- IN ADVANCE.
THe "ALLOCATION" function of BigTime helps us predict utilization several months in the future
