Professional and effective employer branding

What do you like best?

I love the journalistic question that the BYA team develops and asks the team to create an experience worth the time for both the employee and the potential candidate. This team is leading thought in employer branding and is constantly getting better, and that will be reflected in your end product.

What do you dislike?

I don't have a specific downside to list other than I know they are figuring out how to help companies speak more effectively about salary ranges for positions. I know that can be a challenging topic to introduce and guide companies through and their openness to feedback and idea is refreshing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps candidates get to know our team and self-select in or out. Saves time and improves efficiency of selection on both sides.
