With Bark, you should expect a pile of crap.

What do you like best?

The interface is okay... the website looks pretty. But beyond that, it's all crap.

What do you dislike?

Do yourself a favor and do not give them your credit card... take the advice of the other reviews here and stay away.

The quality of leads and pricing attribution model is a joke.

They bait you in by promising x leads per week and if you don't get hired, you get your credits back. But what about when you can't use your credits because the leads they send you are worthless?

They claim all leads are verified, and the pricing is based on the 'value' of the job. This process is attributed to what checkboxes the client selects when filling out their request. Got a client that doesn't understand what they are looking for; they choose everything, which drives the cost of the lead up.

The automated verification system is a joke. The leads are not vetted and don't have a clue what they are asking for.

Then when you refine your selections only to send you leads that filter out some of the tire kickers, you get no leads. My lead count is empty despite their estimated 2 leads per week based on my preferences.

Customer service likes to respond with canned email responses that are not helpful in any which way.

I'm looking forward to seeing the reply from a customer service rep saying how they can't act outside of company policy and that all leads are screened.

Bark.com is a joke with a terrible punchline. If you pay them anything, make sure you have a poop bag on hand because you're going to need it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bark.com did not solve any problems. They are a problem creator—zero benefits.
