What do you like best?
It has a fairly simple and intuitive interface at the time of use which guarantees that I can use this application without major problems, the fact that it was designed from the beginning for food businesses made it perfectly adapted to the needs of my restaurant , where I must say it has been a great help to automate a large number of processes, its statistics panel shows me all the information I need in a summarized and visibly attractive way and if we add to that the fact that I can export the information to other formats to print a more detailed report becomes my right hand in decision-making issues within the company, about its customer service team I have absolutely nothing to complain about since everything from service to Response times are simply wonderful.
What do you dislike?
At first I was somewhat skeptical when I wanted to try an application that would help me automate and simplify a large number of processes within my restaurant, however after trying Bamboo Rose I was very surprised to see how it solved practically all my problems of a very efficient way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most of all, it has been useful for me to improve internal processes within my restaurant such as order management, inventory management ... those small processes that although they are easy to carry out, having a bad control of them can be something disastrous so now Bamboo Rose gave me a new way of doing all this in a much more organized, practical and simple way, I recommend them with my eyes closed.
