Flawless customer pitches, eliminate being ghosted

What do you like best?

Backdrop has made our process simpler with templated pitches to our customers using a number of company value documents we store in a library. A few clicks and I've created a compelling pitch for my customer that I can update at any time

What do you dislike?

If I had to pick something, I think some built in documentation would help. The videos are great as are the live support but having to reach out to live chat every time is a bit cumbersome.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have standardized our outgoing sales and quoting process with Backdrop. We generate quotes and pitches faster, send them to our customers and know exactly when they are viewed so we can followup with customers. Backdrop has also helped us highlight some areas of improvement in our sales structure.
