Advanced user of Azure Virtual MachinesThe performance of VM in azure is limit by size and type. OS disk and Data disk are attached to VM.
in some time you should resize the Vm for Better performance and the cost is increase.
VM in Cloud is the best option because you don't need infraestructure in the building for to be the server onpromise.
Create VM to resolve Business Apps and some time Microsoft support this VM.
