What do you like best?
To be honest, nothing and we are in the process of migrating away from Rackspace since it is impossible to add an ALIAS record to their Cloud DNS.
What do you dislike?
It is impossible to add an ALIAS record to their Cloud DNS - this is absolutely basic functionality that is missing from their product!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used to host over 300 websites with them but we are in the process of migrating away from Rackspace since it is impossible to add an ALIAS record to their Cloud DNS.
