Reactive and qualified customer support

What do you like best?

Customer support: as it's pointed in the tilte of my review, customer support is the main strength of Axway. Of course, technical solution provided by Axway works fine and fully fills our expectations, but with any application, we always face to problems, and I think it's in this kind of situations that you can really evaluate the service quality.

Most of time, incident is treated directly between Axway and the external partner, so we just have to ensure that the resolution is going well. We can also easily contact a kind of VIP support to deal with commercial questions or tricky technical issues.

Actually, Axway is a real partner which mobilizes all resources (customer relationship, technical support) to follow our project, from start to end, in best conditions.

What do you dislike?

Workflow to resolve incidents (it requires many emails to close a case). Since everyone has to treat more and more emails each day, it could be nice to simplified the workflow. It could reduce the risk to not consider some other important emails sent by Axway.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Axway service allows GRTgaz to securized exchange process with partners, which is absolutely critical for our business activity.
