What do you like best?
Great product. I like how learners can use their mobile devices for training and playing mini-games if they choose for competition. They provide excellent customer support and expert certifications. I've sent weekly Boardcast Messages, which is fairly simple to use. I like their Discover, as a depository, learners can go in and search for information, watch videos, download packets, etc. There is a lot of features and benefits in using Axonify, just a bit higher learning curve, especially when I first joined the team, and the team has been using Axonify for a few years longer.
What do you dislike?
It can seem overwhelming at times when you're new and unfamiliar with a particular part of Axonify. One example, when I was first using Axonify and created questions, I didn't know about the different question levels, but another co-worker of mine at the time was great and helped me. A little more higher learning curve to learn how to navigate and use Axonify, but at the end it's great, especially because of all the features and benefits for using Axonify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Product overall, learners can easily download the Axonify app on their mobile devices and start learning. A little bit of learning curve as an Admin, but Axonify has plenty of features and benefits.

Information depository for learners. Great platform for learners on the go and simple to download the app on their mobile devices and start learning and answering questions. And relay important messages to different groups of users. Especially during this pandemic lockdown, more people are on their laptops, phones, tablets, etc., and it's great to see the engagement and we've also starting to expand into more departments.
