Best thing that i've purchased

What do you like best?

I love that it is easy to use and that if I do need help with anything the support team is only a call away. It is affordable and they not only walk you through how to use it, but there are training videos you have access to if you need a refresher. I love that they are always adding new features that make it even more easy to use. I also appreciate the fact that it can integrate with a lot of other things like my invoicing company, it has made billing a lot easier and stream lined. I would definitely recommend AxisCare and no reason to ever change to any other company. I also appreciate how it's always changing and updating to be more efficient for us. It allows us to track a variety of reports. Finally, if you ever have any questions and don't have time to sit on the phone, your representative can be emailed and they usually respond within an thirty minutes.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that i would like to see changed would be that the admin can have access on the app and get alerts to their phone whenever there is a message in the new chat feature. As of now unless I am logged into the account online I do not know if there is a message.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

AxisCare has made it so easy to set up and get going and the service is very affordable. You are going to love how easy everything is to use and navigate. I can't see myself using any other company. I know when you try the service you're going to love it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made it easier for billing and payroll. I didn't realized how stream lined everything is and I love that it makes everything easier to manage. I also love how notes are built into the system so it makes it easier for my caregivers to record everything.
