What do you like best?

We used this for a bit... not crazy about it but it does get the job done. It's easy to understand but I think complicates it a bit more than necessary. It at least gives you a place where all transactions are documented, which is good... You do get to design your own program and the team with help you, which is great, but sometimes it's just more complicated than you'd prefer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for something custom, this is your place, but if you're small and can just do it as it comes along, I would reccomend that, as it gets sort of complicated...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

formal processes and documented transactions, I like that it has the availability for employees to use their own car and also use one provided by the company too, I appreciate the help the company tried to give, but sometimes it just was overly complicated, again, probably because we're a small firm.
