What do you like best?

Extremely easy to use.

Automation powerful enough to give proper suggestions for IT Troubleshooting.

Users can raise a ticket within a minute if the issue not too severe.

Chat interface saves a lot of time which generally other tools will take to search for a suitable option.

Works well with the low bandwidth.

Can be accessed out of office network.

What do you dislike?

Automation needs to get improved for more complex issues.

The tool lacks an integrated approval option. Users need to share email approvals with the support team.
