What do you like best?

Automated Phone Surveys are very useful and helpful in a way you get a call and clearly listen all questions and respond well without any further arguments or delay. to the point and accurate close end questions and answers which always helpful to analyses data for further actionable and decision making.

What do you dislike?

Automated phone survey (IVR) negative things or dislike is only its monotonous tone of voice which annoy to the customer sometime. Because without emotions and warmth in voice people normally don't like to listen more and hang up.
