What do you like best?

Simple way of getting purchase invoices and receipts into accounting software. Direct exchange of scans, photographs and transaction detail to your digital accounts package. Option to memorise transaction analysis and VAT rates for future entries. Ability to submit transactions bu email, as a pdf, or photograph, using a dedicated smart phone app.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the AI takes a little longer than is ideal.

We use Autoentry for all our clients purchase invoices and oversee the allocation to the accounts. The client gets an up to date view of costs, without the need for a bookkeeper and we get accounts reviews completed on a monthly basis.
