What do you like best?

I use Authy primarily because it has cross platform support and syncs all my Keys between my phone and my laptop. It's easy to use and looks pretty good on Android. They also have good support in case you run into any issues.

What do you dislike?

The entire login system is pretty Hank in my opinion. I have had issues with logging in so many times. Changing devices or changing your phone number or email address is another pain in itself and requires a lot of things. I've had to contact support multiple times because I wanted to change my phone.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Authy has apps on Android, iOS and Windows, and they're all pretty great but be sure to backup your Authy account itself if you plan on changing devices.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Authy has One-Touch support for quite a lot of vendors so instead of a code you just "approve" the login. It provides a great way to add another layer of security.
