What do you like best?

it's easy to use. plain and simple. the customer success team is even better. They make sure everything you need and want is there. the user interface is the easiest one to use on the market as well. Lastly, the pricing. They might be a tad more expensive sometimes, but the unlimited messaging, the customer service team and the UI is worth it.

What do you dislike?

The mobile application is lack luster right now, but it's getting revamped for q12018. So they are fixing that
