What do you like best?

I love the simplicity of the tool and the flexibilty and feature control. If you're an audio producer, looking for an easy way to compress, normalize, reduce noise and hum, and have a say in what the export format will be, this is your tool. Lots of power, right from your browser. And you can use it for free within some generous limits.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found any dediciencies yet. The tool is full featured enough that I haven't bumped into a limitation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My work environment (Federal government) can be restrictive. This allows me to have functionality that I can't easily get through software.
