What do you like best?

I love that I can access our auction tracker software from almost any computer. It keeps track of all of our donors, items donated, selling amounts, etc and goes back several years. More than once paperwork has been misplaced and we have been able to properly track down an item or donor by using this software. It is amazing and even the technologically challenged people in my office can use it! It is worth every penny!

What do you dislike?

I wish we could have more people on it at once to input items. We do events where we get thousands of items and have multiple people that are capable of input but we are limited to 2 users at a time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The office I work in can get chaotic around special event time and sometimes paperwork gets misplaced. This software allows me to access cataloged items to find out buyer and donor info and selling price, even if the paperwork for it gets lost. This has been a lifesaver! It also helps when people misplace their receipts come tax time, we can pull up several years worth of info to find all the items/money they have donated.
