What do you like best?

Onboarding was amazing. White glove service is truly white glove. The company wants to build a solution that is compliant yet effective. They take feedback and ideas from users and make meaningful strides to improve. I have loved my experience.

What do you dislike?

There was a "hiccup" with the service around BFCM time. I was frustrated that things didn't work as planned, but even that experience was handled very well and showed me what the company is really all about.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have tried most of the other legitimate alternatives in the space. For enterprise-level growth and unmatched back-end support, Attentive is the clear choice.

We have made SMS a key part of our outgoing communication strategy and the ROI is insane.

We are working on building automations that deliver timely and relevant messages and Attentive has been great in helping us brainstorm and solve for those situations.
