There are so many different ways to configure the software. With various tools and scripting makes the software flexible and very customizable. Various services are offered to help grow and develop your solutions. Dashboards can be configured to show various reports, metrics and kpi's. Software is used across various industries which makes it a robust solution.
What do you dislike?
With the flexibility and number of options offered which are great, requires you to have refined and robust business processes to make use of the software. You need to show great discipline in not over customizing the software. Interface is clunky. The parent Child relationships between issues and actions can be cumbersome for suers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a robust and well-documented business process and requirements. There are so many different ways to use the solution you can easily incorporate wasteful processes and bad habits.
