What do you like best?

Managing Planned and Reactive works is easy

What do you dislike?

Too many clicks and in some cases hierarchic decision trees (e.g. workflows associated with Work Requests transitioning to WAPP) cannot be shortened due to program limitations. Setup time has taken a lot longer than expected and there are many aspects of the 'live' roll out that are not fully operational to users. can't see my Work Requests on the Assetic Mobile App
