Starting with lot of promises, leaving without compensation
What do you like best?
Well, during the pre-sales consultation, they were promising a lot of possibilities. We wanted to change from Cheqroom, which is a good solution but wanted to get more customization. During the onboarding, they have realized, that we need more than they could provide us. This is also a positive thing, that they have recognized, this is not possible with their solution.
What do you dislike?
After when we have discussed, the solution, what they could provide us is not enough for us, they promised, they will refund the cost of the license... 1 year ago... I have no answer for my e-mails... 1 year ago. I won't recommend them; or for first, they have to do the implementation and they have to prove the solution is the right one for you, then you can pay it. But they won't accept this condition I guess.
So try another solution - this is my recommendation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well, if they do something wrong or if they provide incorrect information, they have to refund the cost of the product. We could not start the real wok with them, because during the implementation, oth of the sides recognized the lack of the features, what they could not solve.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They can't solve our problems - they have no solution to our needs.
