What do you like best?
The best thing is that you can forwards emails to ASANA directly from Gmail and comment to forward to other users, way better that forwarding an email, in this days of full mailboxes is way better.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have more power of customizing and more options like attached files to send to files to ASANA, but im sure they will provide that update soon.

G Suite is recommended, a full integration between GMAIL - ASANA.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When a client or a customer send an email to my mailbox, i can forward to a general channel to asana and all users can comment and provide solutions to that email before sending to client.
