What do you like best?

The AI conducts all the sourcing for me and delivers results in a functional User Interface. I can view sourced profiles from multiple social platforms and choose to reveal contact e-mail and both personal and corporate telephone numbers.

What do you dislike?

Arya's search results are dependant on the user learning how to instruct the AI to complete its tasks. Arya is not a resume database search tool; this is a learning tool that will get better the more you train it. With time the user interface will improve; it is cumbersome but functional

The more upfront time you spend learning how the AI works, the better you can instruct the software to deliver the results you expect. Arya is not a resume bank boolean search tool it is next-gen artificial intelligence that conducts internet-wide searches based upon the parameters you provide as a basis for executing searches

A targeted search for industry and position-specific people is made possible with this tool. I can deliver A+ candidates to any client in a reduced period of time and have more time to conduct thorough interviews with people once I am able to connect with them
