What do you like best?
Their tech support is always there to help.
What do you dislike?
The complicated interface of the controller. The rarely resolve anything within the GUI, everything needs to be fixed within the CLI. This make it hard to learn how to resolve things in the future, when the same issues arise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The system is extremely complicated and very expensive. The time to resolve a wireless issue is multiplied with their equipment do to the over complex nature of it.
