Articulate - what's not to like?
What do you like best?
It's difficult to answer this question as SL has many plus points. You could pick out its versatility or functionality. Its ability to incorporate other media or formats. Its ability to handle complex JavaScript or the many ready-made images and videos on tap.
But, if I had to pick one thing it would be the community of users and their willingness to offer help and share advice, including access to work they have done and how they did it - eLearning Heros is a priceless asset and is what sets SL and other Articulate offers apart from anything in the market. This is backed up by prompt and knowledgeable tech support from the company and excellent learning and training videos.
What do you dislike?
A much easier question to answer... nothing!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am currently designing a bespoke solution for a client using SLs ability to handle many JavaScript actions using triggers and variables- capturing and exporting around 125 data points in the current module as well as delivering a first-class learning experience (even if I say so myself...).
