Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use for the basic CRM functions such as uploading and storing contacts, organising contact lists, emailing to lists and collecting new subscribers to our mailing lists. I am not tech savvy and needed help to set up the more advanced functions such as business automation . The arkflux support team could not be more helpful and within a few weeks I was able to have a completely bespoke business automation workflow that has totally transformed my day to day tasks and more importantly given our clients a more efficient experience. I get a task list emailed to my inbox everyday as a reminder. I use arkflux for all of my email marketing and find the template design and scheduling processes easy to use. I also like to the way the email send results and statistics are presented. One of the best functions for me is tracking pipeline and opportunities again all bespoke and relevant to my business. I log in to view where I am at every day and seeing the potential business pending is very up lifting.

Business automation has transformed our client journey. It is very efficient now, no tasks are missed. That gives me peace of mind and our clients a better experience.
