What do you like best?
What we like best is how we can customize our proforma's to cater our investment needs, criteria and our risk appetites. Instead of outsourcing to a consulting firm or throwing into a basic analysis, we are able to use our inputs and our data to create projections that we feel are more accurate.
What do you dislike?
The only issue with Argus is that it takes a bit of training to get a grasp on it. This is not a software that can be used by just anyone, it required about 6 weeks of classes and a few implementations before I felt proficient.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are getting rid of the need to use strict criteria when valuating an investment and when planning a development schedule. We are no longer paying to outsource the investment facet that is behind this. Also, we are using out own inputs and parameters. This means abiding by our investment milieu and generating data that we feel is reflective of our confidence levels.
