What do you like best?

The Arcmail Defender allows our organization to easily search and restore emails based on our internal retention policies. We can provide access to our staff members to search for their missing or accidentally deleted emails.

What do you dislike?

Our only limitation is the appliance storage itself. It was originally sized properly for our organization and our retention policies, but the amount of storage has continued to grow and has needed continued attention to compress and index our database.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Arcmail support team will assist with setup and transition. The ease of setup by the Arcmail support team is fantastic. One of our greatest concerns was configuring it properly to work in our environment. Our system is setup to work with MS Exchange and it works seamlessly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are storing and complying records based on our retention policies. The ease of retrieval of specific records requests is by far the greatest benefit.
