What do you like best?

ArcGIS is a great way to figure out the demographic of a particular place and where you need to go in order to implement your sales strategy. It truly is fantastic when it comes to doing research and putting a sales strategy into motion.

What do you dislike?

The thing that I didn't like was that there was a pretty steep learning curve in order to get things on the right path. It was a turn off but once I got the hang of it, I was able to make it work for my company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You need to really be sure that you need ArcGIS and all the features that it comes with. If you do not it's an absolute waste of time and money.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ArcGIS made it possible for me to learn more about the specific archetype of my primary demographic and the best strategy to reach them where they live and work. I cannot emphasize how fantastic it is to know more about your clients and prospects.
