Advanced user of ArcGIS Network Analystthe power of the tools and how we were able to use most of all the network analyst tools within our routing business; it not only saves us a lot of time from the old days of excel and googling locations to being able to expand our ability to cover more with the same amount of people.
it's not customizable; eventually the custom scripting we've had to do to meet our business needs will come to a head and it may make us have to step back and re-evaluate our business processes as we keep updating and having to re-write our scripts to keep the tools working for our business needs.
how disperse our field staff is, how to cluster services together for optimal coverage (VRP), finding alignments for new services we sell (closest facility).
