Looks great but we ahven't been able to ge tit to work as advertised.

What do you like best?

Its very easy to use and the functionality is perfect for our needs but it doesn't work as it should and this makes it useless for us.

What do you dislike?

It doesn't work. The system will display the dates but not the times on my device and 3 other devices I've used to access the software. I have a video from Appointedd showing my site with the days and appointment times showing but it won't show up on my micro site or my web site link. We have used other devices to see if we can get it to display but no joy.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure it works as advertised, I've had this problem since using the software and I think the support team just got fed up with trying to work out why this was happening. I have to remove the software from my website as it doesn't work and I'll miss bookings if I continue to use it. I have no confidence the support team can work out why its doing this and I have no confident the software will work as it should, I can't rely on the fact the support team can see the appointment times but we haven't been able to do that on any devices so far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've sent numerous screen shots showing the appointment times don't show up, I've updated chrome, I've used other devices to access the software both on the micro site and via my web site link and it just doesn't show the appointment times which makes the software unusable. I've had this problem the whole time I've used the software.
