Integration with Salesforce, ability to create plans.

What do you dislike?

The way that information is included. Sometimes it is smooth and easy, other times it is not. Videos seem to work best but documents are tricky.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be patient, test everything, manage user expectations. The tool is great when used as it is capable in the moment. The Appinium team has definitely committed to capabilities that take longer to execute on so we set the wrong expectations/too soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to access learning portal that integrates with a platform we already use. Ability to have insight into participant progress through learning plans.

It is much easier for our all colleagues to search, access and complete any training loaded onto this platform.
