What do you like best?
Good way to monitor metrics between platforms, track downloads and respond to reviews. The price is nice, too. It's a decent alternative to AppAnnie.
Maximum flexibility to create a convenient and understandable workspace for working with customer reviews! This is a service in which every product manager or business line manager can find the necessary information in a couple of clicks or add a cool schedule to his presentation!

The interface can be a bit difficult to navigate during setup, but you get used to it quickly

App performance by platform, competitor analysis, app support. AppFollow integrates with our helpdesk solution nicely, so it's an added bonus. Each product manager has his own collection with competitors' applications, with his own tags, with his own rules! Support has its own collection and it already has its own atmosphere. We don't need to agree on any rules between teams.
