Anyone Home CRM Total Mess

What do you like best?

The dashboard is easy to read, it gives an overview of leasing stats (within reason).

What do you dislike?

The platform is very glitchy and every time support fixes one thing, two more problems spring up. Their team is not responsive and we often wait a week before hearing anything back. When they do answer, we are often told that their team is working on it and it takes several weeks or even months for issues to be fixed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to be able to track where our leads were coming from in a more effective manner.
