The tool has a vast feature set and allows you to see your data in a wide range of chart options or exporting to Excel. As a director, this tool make it much easier to build strategic initiatives that are well informed and based on data, which everyone feels more comfortable with.
The automated reports that come via email have the data in a spreadsheet, but it would be better if the emails were graphical HTML so the data could be more easily viewed in email.
Improve HTML emails to be easier to view the workspace.
