What do you like best?
Alora is state of the art software on its own, but the service you receive from their support staff is compared to none! I am always amazed at the knowledgeable staff , and their willingness to assist. Pam has been extremely helpful each time we call, we are new uses to the software and she has been patient and resorceful as we go through our learning curve. I dont know how we ever managed our agency without the ALORA software. Learning curves are always hard to manage but with the support you receive from the support / technical team makes this process easier to navigate through.
What do you dislike?
there is nothing i dislike about the software, it is user friendly and they have daily trainings that are useful and convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you dont have Alora there are some many things that you are missing out on, the flexibility of the app, electronic signatures and all the tools that are available have reduced our work by 40%
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Scheduling has become a breeze, we now can see where the caregiver is, along with having electroning signatures which is a must in this enviroment.
