What do you like best?
The entire Allegiance team is a delight to work with. From the first demo call to the onsite training session they have provided top notch care.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was enough time in my day to learn every aspect of the Membership program. So this is not a reflect on Allegiance. They have amazing trainers & IT specialists who make learning a breeze! I'm sure I will have it down to a science within a few months. (We're new to the Member portion, but have had Traffic software for awhile).

Do it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Honestly, I will need multiple pages so discuss how much Allegiance is creating a much more efficient work space. One example, is sustaining members can be processed with a few clicks, rather than a 20 step process, which our previous software required.
