What do you like best?
Intuitive usage, incredible data extrapolation
What do you dislike?
It would be nice to have it be more customizable to our facility in terms of some of the functions. Our organization is very different from other organizations in terms of funding and care provision. We have had many meetings since we went live and have made many requests, suggestions and asks- not a single thing we asked for in any of the multiple meets have been fixed/implemented or addressed again with us. Even if all the feedback was “no we cannot implement this change”, we would prefer this to never hearing back a thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improves quality of care, quality of communication and are able to extrapolate incredible amounts of data- there are so many different ways to use alayacare that it is difficult to really capture it. The team that we had to roll out the product and teach us how to use Alaya were the kindest most patient and knowledgeable people I've worked with in a long time! They never made anyone feel that they were anything other than important and valued- even when asking the same question over and over again!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Instant communication with staff improving quality of care, instant access to all involved in care to all of ct's Information. Ensures care plan always available; meaning less errors in care provision, able to analyze incredible amounts of data, per free! Able to incorporate all forms that we use (ie: incident reports) etc, Alaya facilitates multi-departmental communication which improves the overall client experience, seems that alaya's Possibilities are endless! Alaya is always improving and making it easier to use! I cannot express how much of an amazing difference alayacare has made in our organization!!!
