What do you like best?

The cloud system works properly without outtakes. The user experience is absolutely great, the 24 hours helpline calls back very fast. The technology of the outsourcing for big data volumes is perfect. The security seems to be on a high standard, the portfolio is safe.

What do you dislike?

Paying extra charges for additional space - needed cause the backups are needing space, but I think very old backups they could simply delete.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The first step was to find a alternative to the network server in company. With this we have the benefit to have the data protected out of the office, also the firewall is a important topic. No need any more to update and to pay for expensive licenses.
