What do you like best?

While working on a busy service desk, I worked with AirWatch MDM on a daily basis. AirWatch was utilized for mobile devices and iPads used by our clinicians. In my role we were responsible for the enrollment of devices in AirWatch as well as administration of the devices in AirWatch. AirWatch provided a secure solution for patient data, this was achieved by patient data not being stored on devices themselves but within the cloud. I found AirWatch very easy to install as well as manage, as well I found that AirWatch has great security features including remote wipe and lock. The web application to manage was very easy to use and locate devices on, I did not experience much as far as issues while using AirWatch. We were also provided clearly outline documentation in using AirWatch.

What do you dislike?

There were occasional outages, but this is expected with any software. However there were some instances where the software was difficult to install as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend testing the software beforehand and seeing if your business can successfuly utilize AirWatch.

AirWatch provided an organized solution to manage multiple devices securely and with ease.
