What do you like best?
Aimia is the main source of truth for our company in the sense that all of our customer data is kept there no matter how we change our stack. It is intuitive to use, to the point that it only took me about a week to understand the ins and outs of it's self explanatory organization. Buiding promo groups/export groups etc is simple and easy.
What do you dislike?
Having to get scheduled FTP exports set up by the Aimia team is irritating but infrequent.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Aimia has helped us elevate our promo calendar tremendously.
