What do you like best?
As an owner Aguardion allows me to track income, inventory, work flow, and daily population easily and quickly. Allowing me to better manage and build my business.
What do you dislike?
I have not found any part of Aguardion not helpful to me. As an owner, the function I use the least, is the clients tab; but, that is one of the most used functions by our monitoring center.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at how you are managing and reporting clients who don't pay and take advantage of the Aguardion systems collection functions -- it will improve your bottom line.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Prior to Aguardion tracking client payments was difficult and Midwest had only about an 87% collection rate. With Aguardion tracking of payments and enforcing our rules around payments is significantly easier and our collection rate is closer to 99%. The increase in our collections more than pays for the costs of the software. In addition, tracking of inventory has greatly improved resulting in fewer lost devices and less need to purchase equipment.
