Excellent Tool For Customer Support
What do you like best?
Adyen displays all the information needed in order for you to manage your customers' transactions easily and without errors. The best thing about Adyen is how easy it is to process refunds directly to customers' credit cards, PayPal accounts, etc. through the interface. You are also able to delete payment info with one click of a button if needed. Adyen gives a great overview of the transaction and all the relevant information. You can also print receipts of purchase and of refunds when necessary conveniently as PDF files.
What do you dislike?
You don't immediately get an overview of multiple transactions from the same user or credit card - which in some instances would be helpful to solve support cases. The software logs you out automatically after 15 minutes due to security reasons - this can be annoying if your work is done over a multitude of platforms which causes you to be away from Adyen for longer than the time frame. However, this might be customizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using Adyen to easily let users pay for our service through our website with their credit card or PayPal, etc. Adyen makes it easy to access the customers' information and process refunds, cancel future payments, and print out receipts.
