What do you like best?

The scheduling side of AdvancedMD makes it easy to schedule patients, see weeks or months at a time for a single provider, and has all of the patient's information in one easy window. All very user-friendly.

What do you dislike?

It's hard to pull a list of current, active patients for the providers or a list of inactive patients who have missed or are overdue for appointments.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great product that does nearly everything you can think of for scheduling and patient management in general. It is extremely easy to use, and odds are, if you want it to do something, it can. Their support team is also great. They are quick to respond and work to make adjustments if something goes wrong or you find something you'd like the software to be able to do. Overall a great program that I highly recommend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling patients for multiple providers is a breeze. We can see all of their appointments with different providers in one area, making it significantly easier to schedule. I can even schedule in different offices if they need to see someone in a different location one day.
